§ 38-5.5
Maximum Lot Coverage.

The maximum lot coverage on each zone lot shall not be greater than is permitted in the district where such buildings and structures are located and shall include all porches, chimneys, extensions and accessory buildings.
The maximum building coverage on a minimum 5,000 square foot lot or greater than the R-1 and R-2 Zones shall be 30% with accessory structures not counted toward the maximum building coverage.
The maximum building coverage on lots greater than 3,500 square feet and less than 5,000 square feet, the following lot coverage including accessory structures within the maximum building coverage calculations shall be as follows:

The maximum building coverage on lots of 3,500 square feet or less in the R-1 and R-2 Zones shall remain 35% and shall include accessory structures within the maximum building coverage calculations. |
