Vestibules and storm enclosures as permitted by Section 3204.4 of the International Building Code (2009 N.J. Edition) shall, by permit, be allowed to encroach into the public right-of-way in the Town under the following conditions.
The vestibules and enclosures shall not be erected for a period of time exceeding seven months in any one year and shall not encroach more than three feet or more than one-fourth the width of the sidewalk beyond the street lot line.
Temporary entrance awnings must have a minimum clearance of seven feet to the lowest portion of the hood or awning where supported on removable steel or other approved non combustible support.
