§ 38-7.5

Off-Street Parking for One and Two-Family Dwellings.

a. 
Except as provided for in the following paragraph b below, every one family and two family dwelling, and any dwelling converted from a one family to a two family dwelling, shall be required to provide a minimum of one off-street parking space for each dwelling unit.
b. 
Off-Street Parking for All Residential Uses. Off-street parking requirements shall be in accordance with the Residential Site Improvement Standards, New Jersey Administrative Code, Title 5, Chapter 21 et seq.
c. 
Any existing one or two family dwelling, except townhouses, shall be permitted to park operable automobiles in the side or rear yard area, without an enclosed structure, provided there is no adverse effect to the property or abutting properties and subject to subsection 38-7.7.
