(a)

The General Commercial and Light Manufacturing District is intended to provide a zoning category similar to the C-2 District; except that, additional uses are permitted which are not generally carried on completely within a building or structure and an expanded range of service and repair uses is permitted.

These uses should be generally located on highways or major streets and away from residential areas.

A building or premise shall be used only for the following purposes: uses as listed in section 157.330.

The following specific uses shall be permitted in a C-3 District, when granted in accordance with sections 157.365 and 157.366: other uses as listed in section 157.330.
