NOTES TO TABLE:

A. Minimum of 5-foot setback on sides and rear with 20-foot front setback required, except where non-residential use abuts a residential lot in which case the requirements shall be the same as the adjoining residential zone and shall comply with visibility and parking requirements as provided within this chapter. There are no minimum requirements for lot size, width or depth. Other local, state or federal requirements may apply.

B. Refer to Appendix B drawing 1 through 4.

C. All structures that were legally constructed or whose construction permits were legally obtained before the effective date of this chapter shall be considered to be in compliance with B,1 and will be "legally conforming" to Appendix B,1. Anyone wishing to enlarge a structure that legally built and completed before the effective date of this chapter shall meet all of Appendix B,1, including all setbacks as well as all other local, state and federal requirements.
