The plan commission referred to in this ordinance is the City of Knox Advisory Plan Commission as duly created by the mayor and city council.

The plan commission is hereby invested with the following jurisdiction:

A.

To initiate, direct, and review, from time to time, studies of the provisions of this ordinance and to make reports and recommendations to the city council; and

B.

To hear and report upon all matters which it is required to consider under the terms of this ordinance and make reports and recommendations to the city council.
