§ 9.151.010 Purpose.

A.
Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to codify in the City's Municipal Code the statutory requirements found in California Government Code Section 65583.2 that apply to rezone sites identified in Table B of the City of Lake Forest's Housing Element Sites Inventory. The Housing Element Site Inventory includes a list of potential sites to accommodate a portion of the City's unmet Regional Housing Needs Allocation, or RHNA.
B.
Applicability. This chapter applies to residential development on a rezone site.
C.
Relationship to Other Regulations. Residential development on a rezone site must also comply with applicable Zoning Code requirements, including, but not limited to, applicable development standards and objective design standards. Where there is a conflict between the requirements in the Zoning Code and this chapter, the provisions of this chapter apply.
