164 SIGNS
Signs shall be permitted in the City in accordance with Tables 9.164.110A through 9.164.110C. In each instance and under the same conditions in which this chapter permits any sign, a noncommercial sign constructed to the same physical dimensions and characteristics shall be permitted in lieu of that sign. The foregoing notwithstanding, signs containing ideological, political or other noncommercial messages shall not be permitted in lieu of the signs listed in Section 9.164.090(A) and (D). |
