5-5-1: GENERAL:

The Village’s Industrial District is listed below. When this Zoning Ordinance refers to the l Industrial District, or “I” district, it is referring to this district.

5-5-2: PURPOSE:

I-1 Industrial District is intended for manufacturing, warehousing, storage, and wholesaling areas that would be acceptable within the Village and will be adequately buffered so as not to adversely affect adjacent businesses or residential neighborhoods. (Ord. 2021-4931, 11-15-2021)

5-5-3: LOT AND BUILDING STANDARDS:

The following table establishes the lot and building standards for the Industrial District. Building standards apply to both principal and accessory buildings. Please refer to Chapter 20 of this Zoning Ordinance for rules of measurements.
