§ 24-7.8
Motels, Hotels, Motor Hotels and Similar Uses.

a.
Minimum Habitable Room Area. Such uses shall have a minimum area for each unit of occupancy of two hundred (200) square feet and shall include a minimum of one (1) bedroom and a shower or bath, sink and a water closet.
b.
Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements. Off-street parking and loading facilities shall be in accordance with the requirements established in the Chapter 22, Site Plan Review. Off-street parking shall not be permitted within thirty (30') feet of any street right-of-way line.
c.
Motels, hotels and motor hotels in the OP200 zone shall be subject to the following bulk standards:

d.
Accessory uses permitted and associated with hotels and motels may include automobile rental establishments, banks, barber and beauty shops, book and stationery stores, confectionery and tobacco sales, florists, gift shops, newspaper stands, restaurants and travel agencies, and other similar uses as approved by the Board.
