A sexually oriented business may not be located within one thousand (1,000') feet of any existing sexually oriented business, any place of assembly, any school, any public playground or park, any public facility, or any hospital or any child care center, or within one thousand (1,000') feet of any residential area or area zoned for residential use.

A sexually oriented business shall be surrounded by a perimeter buffer of at least fifty (50') feet in width with plantings, fence, or other physical divider along the outside of the perimeter sufficient to impede the view of the interior of the premises in which the business is located.

Signage shall comply with the requirements of Title 2C of the New Jersey Code of Criminal Justice.
