§ 151.26

M-H, MANUFACTURED HOME RESIDENCE; EXISTING.

   (A)   Purpose. The M-H district is intended for the manufactured home residential development, with the main objective being the separation of manufactured homes from permanent housing developments.
   (B)   Permitted uses.
      (1)   Manufactured homes; and
      (2)   Home occupations and offices of professional persons when the use does not exceed one-third of a dwelling or accessory building and does not employ more than one person not residing on the premises.
   (C)   Accessory buildings are allowed once a principal residence is established.
   (D)   Height, yard and lot requirements.
      (1)   Height: 20 feet.
      (2)   Setbacks:
         (a)   Front: 20 feet;
         (b)   Rear: 10 feet;
         (c)   Side: 10 feet.
