§ 151.36
CANNABIS SALES.
The purpose of this section is to protect the general welfare and safety of the city by providing a policy to adopt reasonable restrictions on the time, place, and manner of the operations of a cannabis business. Cannabis businesses are prohibited within the following:
(A) One thousand feet of a school;
(B) Five hundred feet of a licensed daycare;
(C) Five hundred feet of residential treatment facility;
(D) Five hundred feet of a public park or athletic field regularly used by minors.
