§ 151.51

KEEPING OF HORSES.

(A) All animals shall be fenced in and the owner shall provide site plans depicting locations on an aerial photograph. Any animals allowed to free range shall be considered a violation of this section.

(B) There shall be no pollution of any waters of the state.

(C) There shall be no manure accumulation that constitutes a public nuisance or threat to any water of the state.

(D) On parcels sized five acres or larger, two horses shall be allowed.

(E) The ratio of two horses per five acres shall apply.
