§ 151.07

ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENTS AND CONCURRENT PERMITS.

(A) It shall be the property owner’s responsibility to secure necessary concurrent permits, such as the MPCA’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and other state waste disposal permits, planned unit development permits, Corps of Engineers permits, and public water permits.

(B) The proposer of any project exceeding the limits defined in the Environmental Quality Council’s rules and regulations for environmental review program shall submit a draft Environmental Assessment Worksheet for the city to review with other pertinent data.
