(A) All development shall contain provisions for adequate surface or subsurface runoff of storm water and snow melt directed to natural drainage ways. A storm frequency of a five-year return period shall be provided for with no structural flooding or ponding.
(B) All development shall provide for the continuance of natural drainage ways and shall be so constructed as to be one foot above the water level in the drainage way created by a storm of a 100-year return period of a 1% chance of occurrence.
(C) All drainage structures provided shall be sufficient in size to pass a ten-year storm along a natural drainage way and to pass a 100-year storm along a drainage way.
(D) The use of natural or manmade stormwater storage areas is encouraged. These areas should be vegetated and designated to naturally lower after a storm.
