Violations. The steam corridor is considered an extension of any Special Flood Hazard Areas. Any development defined herein, without full compliance with the terms of this section, Section 16-15, and other applicable regulations, that is being performed without an issued floodplain and/or municipal permit(s) or that is in conflict with issued permit(s) shall be deemed in violation. All provisions, of subsection 16-15.8 are incorporated herein by reference as if fully restated.
