(A)   No parcel containing a medical marijuana cultivator, processor, dispensary or marijuana testing laboratory shall be located within 500 feet of the boundaries of a parcel of real estate having situated on it a school, church, public library, public playground, child day-care center, or public park, all of which shall have the meanings given to them in R.C. § 3796.30.

   (B)   A medical marijuana cultivator, processor, dispensary, or marijuana testing laboratory shall be a conditionally permitted use within a business or industrial zoning district, but only upon application to and approval by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
