(A)   If the zoning inspector determines that the application and the plans fully comply with the provisions of this chapter, he shall issue a zoning certificatee. If the application does not conform to the provisions of this chapter, the zoning inspector shall not issue a zoning certificate, but he shall list the reasons why the application was denied.

   (B)   The zoning inspector may, upon request of the owner, issue a zoning certificate certifying:

      (l)   The use of the building or land.

      (2)   Whether that use conforms to all provisions of this chapter.

      (3)   Whether the use is a lawfully existing, nonconforming use. (Ord. 895, passed 2-18-64)
