All applications for a zoning certificate shall be submitted to the zoning inspector on such standardized forms as the zoning inspector shall provide. The zoning inspector shall be empowered to demand such additional information as provided for by law, or as is necessary for the zoning inspector to determine the validity of an application. The zoning inspector shall not complete nor prepare any application for a zoning certificate for any applicant. The zoning inspector shall not accept any application without payment of $25 payable to the village, to defray the cost of review.
