ARTICLE XVII

Miscellaneous Provisions

§ 340-110 Severability.

Should any section or provision of this chapter or the application of any particular circumstances be declared by the courts to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of this chapter as a whole, or any part thereof other than the part so declared to be unconstitutional or invalid. In such case, should any provisions be declared invalid, or void, and the effect would be that there be regulations or standards in effect which would be applicable to the particular lot situation, the zoning regulations and standards which were in effect and adopted pursuant to prior ordinances shall apply.

§ 340-111 Repeal of conflicting laws.

All ordinances or parts of ordinances thereof in conflict with this chapter or inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict to give this chapter full force and effect. Specifically, the following ordinances are hereby repealed, as are all those that have amended zone district boundaries on the Official Zoning Map:
Ordinance No. 49, dated May 2, 1922.
Ordinance No. 99, dated January 4,1926.
Ordinance No. 573, dated May 9, 1985.
Ordinance No. 577, dated December 12,1985.
Ordinance No. 588, dated October 9, 1986.
Ordinance No. 608, dated February 9, 1989.
Ordinance No. 619, dated June 14, 1990.
Ordinance No. 620, dated June 14, 1990.
Ordinance No. 679, dated April 11, 1996.
Ordinance No. 680, dated April 11, 1996.
Ordinance No. 684, dated September 12, 1996.
Ordinance No. 700, dated February 11, 1999.
Ordinance No. 732, dated August 1, 2002.

§ 340-112 Zoning Map.

The Zoning Map and Zoning Overlay Map of the Township of Neville are incorporated herein and shall be amended with each change.[1]
