1264.02 INTENT; DENSITY; LIMITATIONS; UTILITIES.
The intent of MHR-8 Mobile Home Residential Districts is to provide districts in which mobile home dwellings may be established, not to exceed eight dwelling units per gross acre. Mobile homes are specifically prohibited in other than an MHR-8 District. Centralized water and sewer facilities are required.

An accessory use or building or other structure customary and incidental to a use permitted in this chapter is permitted in an MHR-8 Mobile Home Residential District.

In no case shall a mobile home lot or space in an MHR-8 Mobile Home Residential District occupy an area less than 5,000 square feet. No such mobile home lot or space shall have a width less than fifty feet. Such lots shall be permitted only if they are serviced by group or central sewage treatment.

1264.08 YARDS.
Yard requirements for an MHR-8 Mobile Home Residential District are as follows:
(a) Front. There shall be a minimum depth of twenty-five feet.
(b) Side. There shall be a minimum width of twenty-five feet, except that in the case of a corner space or lot, there shall be a minimum width of thirty feet.
(c) Rear. There shall be a minimum depth of twenty feet.

In an MHR-8 Mobile Home Residential District, the principal and accessory buildings on a lot may occupy up to a maximum of twenty-two percent thereof.
