All single-family dwelling units shall meet the following minimum standards:

   1.   The home must have a minimum width of twenty-two (22) feet for at least sixty-five percent of the length of the home, said dimension to be exclusive of attached garages, porches or other accessory structures.

   2.   All dwelling units including attached garages shall be placed on a permanent frost-free foundation.

   3.   All dwelling units shall provide for a minimum of nine hundred (900) square feet of floor space.

   4.   Dwelling units shall have a minimum roof pitch of 3:12. This requirement shall not apply to manufactured housing if the housing otherwise complies with 42 U.S.C. Sec. 5403.
