Violation of the provisions of this chapter with any of its requirements (including violations of conditions and safeguards established in connection with grants of variances or special exceptions) shall constitute a misdemeanor. Each day such violation continues shall be considered a separate offense. Any building or structure erected, altered, repaired, used or occupied in violation of this chapter shall be determined a nuisance and the same may be abated by the City or by any property owner within said district in the manner provided for the abatement of nuisances.
