The MU district is intended for those areas planned for development or redevelopment located within city limits or UGA and to implement the comprehensive plan mixed use designation. (Ord. 778 § 2 (Exh. A), 2017).

In an MU district uses and their accessory uses are permitted as listed in Table 1 – District Use Chart, TMC 17.70.020. (Ord. 778 § 2 (Exh. A), 2017).
