The intent of the C-1 district is to provide a downtown core district which is suitable for present and future retail activities and to implement the comprehensive plan retail commercial designation. (Ord. 778 § 2 (Exh. A), 2017).

In a C-1 district uses and their accessory uses are permitted as listed in Table 1 – District Use Chart, TMC 17.70.020. (Ord. 778 § 2 (Exh. A), 2017).

In a C-1 district the lot size, width, bulk, height and density standards are as listed in Table 2, TMC 17.70.080. (Ord. 778 § 2 (Exh. A), 2017).
