The intent of the rural residential designation is to provide for newly annexed areas where low density rural types of residential uses will be provided for with an emphasis on single-family dwellings and to implement the comprehensive plan rural residential designation. (Ord. 778 § 2 (Exh. A), 2017).

In an R-R district uses and their accessory uses are permitted as listed in Table 1 – District Use Chart, TMC 17.70.020. (Ord. 778 § 2 (Exh. A), 2017).

In an R-R district the lot size, width, bulk, height and density standards are as listed in Table 2, TMC 17.70.080. (Ord. 778 § 2 (Exh. A), 2017).
