The C-2 district is intended to provide for those businesses that require large land areas and attract little walk-in traffic and to implement the comprehensive plan service commercial and tourist commercial designations. (Ord. 778 § 2 (Exh. A), 2017).

In a C-2 district uses and their accessory uses are permitted as listed in Table 1 – District Use Chart, TMC 17.70.020. (Ord. 778 § 2 (Exh. A), 2017).
