EXHIBIT B

Conditions of Approval—Applied by the BOCC

The Board of County Commissioners, voted to approve the Peach Creek Conceptual PUD Master Plan on September 26, 2023, with the following additional conditions of development:

1)

That the required 25-foot-wide wetlands buffer, adjacent to the proposed Assisted Living facility (AL-1) structure located in the north-eastern portion of the site, shall be extended by 5 feet.

2)

That within the additional 5 feet of wetland buffer, supplementary tree and shrub plantings will be provided as part of the Landscape Plan submitted at the time of Development Order review.

3)

That the proposed Assisted Living facility (AL-1) structure, located in the north-eastern portion of the site, shall be limited to three stories.
