The purpose of this district is to provide for areas for public uses, such as parks, playgrounds, government-owned buildings, and municipal facilities.

The following uses are permitted in P-1 districts:

A.

All uses permitted in single-family residential districts, which uses shall be subject to the height, required lot area, building area and yard regulations applicable to such uses in such districts.

B.

Government buildings and uses of federal, state, borough, municipal or other government or quasi-governmental subdivision, with restrictions on height, required lot area, building area and yard regulations, as per Chapter 19.32 of this title, Commercial C-1.
