PUBLIC DISTRICTS

§ 25.95 GENERALLY.

   The specific regulations contained in this article and general regulations set forth in Article XIX shall be applicable to all public districts within the city.

§ 25.96 A-V, AIRPORT DISTRICT.

   (A)   It is intended that this district classification be applied to all public and private airport properties that are designated “P-S” on the land use diagram of the city general plan, to permit their fullest reasonable use under proper safety standards.
   (B)   The specific use regulations set out beneath the column titled “A-V” in the chart marked “aviation zone and permit requirements” in § 25.102 shall apply in all A-V districts.

§ 25.97 P-A, PUBLIC AGENCY DISTRICT.

   (A)   This district classification is intended to be applied to properties which are designated “P-S” on the land use diagram of the city general plan and/or public street rights of way, and which are properly used for, or are proposed to be used for public or public service purposes, or for specified public utility purposes.
   (B)   The specific use regulations set out beneath the column titled “P-A” in the chart marked “public agency zone and permit requirements” in § 25.103 shall apply in all P-A districts.

§ 25.98 LOT STANDARDS.

   Public lots shall comply with the standards shown for the respective district on the chart titled “public lot standards” which is included as § 25.104.

§ 25.99 PARKING AND LOADING STANDARDS.

   Off-street parking shall comply with Article XXIII of this chapter.

§ 25.100 SETBACK AND HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS.

   Building setbacks and heights shall comply with the standards shown for the respective district on the chart marked “public lot standards” which is included as § 25.104.

§ 25.101 LANDSCAPE STANDARDS.

   Landscaping in public districts shall comply with the standards shown for the respective district on the chart titled “public lot standards” which is included as § 25.104.
