ARTICLE III

ESTABLISHMENT OF DISTRICTS

§ 25.13 ZONING MAP ADOPTED; BOUNDARIES AS SHOWN; EXCEPTION.

   (A)   The boundaries of districts shall be shown upon the zoning map of the city. The map and all amendments, changes, extensions thereof and all legends, symbols, notations, references and other matter shown thereon shall be a part of this chapter and shall constitute a part of this section.
   (B)   In exception to division (A) above, all public streets, alleys and highways shall hereafter be designated P-A, public agency districts.

§ 25.14 BOUNDARIES SHOWN ON ZONING MAP ADOPTED; SPECIFIC REGULATIONS.

   The boundaries of the districts as are shown upon the zoning map, or amendments thereto, are adopted and the specific regulations as set forth in this chapter for each district and the general provisions applicable therein as set forth herein are established and declared to be in effect upon all lands included within the boundaries of each district as shown upon the zoning map.

§ 25.15 COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS REQUIRED.

   No land shall be used, and no building or structure shall be erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, moved or used in any district as shown upon the zoning map, except in accordance with the regulations established by this chapter.

§ 25.16 LAND NOT INCLUDED WITHIN DISTRICT TO CONSTITUTE R-1 DISTRICT.

   Except as provided in § 25.13(A), all lands now or hereafter included within the incorporated territory of the city which are not included within any district on the zoning map of the city shall be designated R-1 districts.
