ARTICLE IX

INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS

§ 25.82 GENERALLY.

   The specific regulations contained in this article and general regulations set forth in Article XIX shall be applicable to all industrial districts within the city.

§ 25.83 M - 1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS.

   (A)   It is intended that this district classification be applied to all properties deemed appropriate for lower intensity industrial uses and designated “I” on the land use diagram of the city general plan.
   (B)   The specific use regulations set out beneath the column titled “M—1” in the chart marked “industrial zones and permit requirements” in § 25.92 shall apply in all M—1 districts.

§ 25.84 M - 2, GENERAL INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS.

   (A)   It is intended that this district classification be applied to properties deemed appropriate for general industrial uses and designated “I” on the land use diagram of the city general plan.
   (B)   The specific use regulations set out beneath the column titled “M—2” in the chart marked “industrial zones and permit requirements” in § 25.92 shall apply in all M—2 districts.

§ 25.85 P-I, PLANNED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS.

   (A)   It is intended that this district classification be applied to properties within the airport industrial park that are designated “P-I” on the land use diagram of the city general plan.
   (B)   The specific use regulations set out beneath the column titled “P-I” in the chart marked “industrial zones and permit requirements” in § 25.92 shall apply in all P-I districts.

§ 25.86 LOT STANDARDS.

   Industrial lots shall comply with the standards shown for the respective district on the chart titled “industrial lot standards” in § 25.93.

§ 25.87 PARKING.

   Off-street parking shall comply with Article XXIII of this chapter.

§ 25.88 SETBACK AND HEIGHT REQUIREMENTS.

   Building setbacks and heights shall comply with the standards shown for the respective district on the chart titled “industrial lot standards” in § 25.93.

§ 25.89 LANDSCAPE STANDARDS.

   Landscaping in industrial districts shall comply with the area standards shown for the respective district on the chart titled “industrial lot standards” in § 25.93.

§ 25.90 SIGNAGE.

   Signage in industrial districts shall comply with the city’s sign regulations which are included in the document titled “City of Red Bluff Development Standards,” adopted by resolution of the City Council in accordance with Chapter 5 of this code.

§ 25.91 COMPLIANCE WITH DESIGN REVIEW GUIDELINES.

   Unless specifically exempted, all development proposals for industrial districts shall comply with the design review guidelines adopted by resolution of the City Council in accordance with Chapter 7 of this code.

NOTES TO TABLE:
