Chapter 210 of the Town of Sand Lake Code, entitled "Site Plan Review," adopted as of March 24, 1977, together with all changes and amendments thereto, and Chapter 250 of the Town of Sand Lake Code, entitled "Town of Sand Lake Zoning Ordinance," adopted as of April 4, 1972, as codified by Local Law No. 3 of 1997, together with all changes and amendments thereto, including all planned residential districts, planned commercial districts, planned manufacturing districts, planned recreational districts, and/or planned development districts adopted pursuant to said Chapter 250, are hereby repealed and declared to be of no effect.

If any clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part of this chapter shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect, impair or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part thereof directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have been rendered.

This local law shall take effect 20 days after it is filed as provided in § 27 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, or immediately upon the personal service delivery of a copy certified by the Town Clerk.
