All uses shall be permitted in the zoning district where the use is listed in the Use Table, provided that all other requirements of this chapter are met. All permitted uses are indicated in the Use Table with a "P."
The PDD approval process as set forth in Article X will determine the specific uses which are permitted within each PDD. Uses which are listed in the Use Table as permitted in PDDs are uses that are potentially acceptable for Town approval.
Prohibited uses. Any use not listed in the Use Table is deemed prohibited unless such principal or accessory uses are expressly permitted elsewhere by this chapter or a use variance is granted in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
Permitted accessory uses. All uses permitted for each district shall be permitted as accessory uses provided the combination of uses shall meet all of the other provisions of this chapter, including Article VI, Supplemental Regulations.

Within the CRO District, additional land uses may be permitted subject to the standards of § 250-58.

§ 250-15 Use Table.
The Use Table of this chapter establishes the list of permitted uses in each zoning district in the Town of Sand Lake.[1]
