This Code constitutes a republication of the general and permanent ordinances of the City of Sandy Springs, Georgia, Development Code.

Source materials used in the preparation of the republication were the City Code, as updated through June 2023, and subsequent ordinances. The source of each new section is included in the history note appearing in parentheses at the end thereof. The absence of such a note indicates that the section is part of the republished Code. By use of the comparative tables appearing in the back of this republication, the reader can locate any section of the Code, as updated.

Special note regarding defined terms: Defined terms throughout the Code will be keycapped and placed in italics. When a user sees a word keycapped and in italics, this will signify that the word has a defined meaning within its respective title.
