LOT LINE EASEMENTS: Unless otherwise indicated, easements of eight (8′) feet in width along each front and rear lot line and five (5′) feet in width along each side lot line are hereby created and provided for the purpose of accommodating overhead, surface and underground utilities and drainage. ACCEPTABLE FLOODING CRITERIA
When the first inch of rainfall is retained on site, the calculation for outflow may not commence until the first inch has accumulated in the retention area. See sketch below:
L 1 = level required for first inch of runoff
L 2 = level at which required storage volume is achieved
In the following example, if it took ten minutes for the water to reach L 1 , the required retention would be 14,817 ft 3 - [2.17 cfs × (50 min - 10 min) × 60 sec/min] = 9,609 ft 3
To compensate for the fact that 2.17 cfs does not begin to flow at time t = ten minutes, the critical volume of 9,609 ft 3 is increased by 20 percent. 9,609 ft 3 × 1.2 = 11,531 ft 3 . Therefore, in the example, the required storage volume below L 2 would be 11,531 ft 3 .

Sarasota County shall not be responsible for maintenance of the street involved or its associated drainage until same has been improved or constructed by the property owners served thereby in accordance with the standards of the Sarasota County UDC and thereafter accepted by the Board of County Commissioners.

If the substandard access road is within a public dedicated right-of-way no construction improvements or work may be performed by any individual without prior issuance of a Right-of-Way Use Permit pursuant to Section 124-48 of the UDC. Sarasota County has no liability or responsibility for any construction, improvements, or work performed on said street by private individuals.
c.

ACCEPTABLE FLOODING CRITERIA
When the first inch of rainfall is retained on site, the calculation for outflow may not commence until the first inch has accumulated in the retention area. See sketch below:
L 1 = level required for first inch of runoff
L 2 = level at which required storage volume is achieved
In the following example, if it took ten minutes for the water to reach L 1 , the required retention would be 14,817 ft 3 - [2.17 cfs × (50 min - 10 min) × 60 sec/min] = 9,609 ft 3
To compensate for the fact that 2.17 cfs does not begin to flow at time t = ten minutes, the critical volume of 9,609 ft 3 is increased by 20 percent. 9,609 ft 3 × 1.2 = 11,531 ft 3 . Therefore, in the example, the required storage volume below L 2 would be 11,531 ft 3 .

COVENANT RUNNING WITH THE LAND

RECITALS
1. Owner is the owner of certain real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, more particularly described in the attached Exhibit "A," located at _______ , the "Property."
