The location, slope, area and dimensions of the lot.

The location, dimensions, height and bulk of the structure to be erected, altered, or moved and any building or structures already on the lot.

The existing and intended use of all such buildings or other structures.

4.

The proposed number of dwelling units, occupants, employees, or other similar users.

5.

The setback, side yards, open spaces, parking spaces and other such requirements of the application zoning district.

6.

Any other information deemed necessary to determine and provide for the enforcement of this ordinance.
