The provisions of Chapter 283, of the acts of the regular session of the 40th Legislature of the State of Texas (Now codified as Chapter 211 of the Local Government Code), relating to zoning in cities and cities in the State, are hereby adopted as the law governing the zoning of the territory lying within the incorporated limits of the City.
