Determination of Allowed Uses within each Zoning District.
In such instances that a land use is not specifically noted in any of the lists of allowable uses within the text of this Zoning Ordinance, the Planning and Zoning Commission shall determine the zoning district(s) most appropriate for the proposed use, based upon a similar level of use listed within each District. Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission may, within ten (10) days of the decision, appeal that decision to the City Council and its decision will be final.
