The owner or owners of any building or premises or part thereof, who in any way commits a violation of this ordinance and/or any architect, builder, contractor, agent, person and corporation, or entity of any kind, employed or working in connection therewith and who may have assisted in any way in the commission of any such violation, shall be guilty of a separate offense punishable by a fine up to two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) per day the violation exists.
