§ 26-35.7

Procedure for Approval.

a. 
Application for a PRD shall be made in duplicate on the form provided or approved by the Borough, one copy being filed with the Secretary of the Land Use Board and one copy with the Borough Clerk which shall be considered an application for tentative approval. The fee for such application shall be $1,000 plus the following:
One-family townhouse unit
$15 per unit
One-family residence
$15 per unit
Nonresidential unit
$15 per unit
Apartment unit
$15 per unit
Such application shall set forth the name and address of the applicant and location of the land proposed to be developed; the nature of the applicant's interest in the land; the density of the land use to be allocated to various parts of the site; the location and size of any common open space; the form or organization proposed to own and maintain common open space; the use, approximate height, bulk and location of buildings or other structures; the proposed provision for disposition of storm and sanitary water; the substance of any covenants, grants, easements or other restrictions proposed to be imposed upon the land or buildings, including easements for public utilities; the proposed provisions for parking, locations and widths of proposed streets and modifications from the existing ordinances governing streets or ways or land use being requested; the projected schedule for development and the approximate time when final approvals would be requested, a statement of why the public interest would be served by the proposed development, such statement to be supported by a detailed economic, social and physical study and any other data required by this section. Application hereunder shall be considered as a request to establish a PRD upon the land so described, and a copy shall be filed with the Department of Community Affairs of the State of New Jersey.
