Area, Yard, Height and Bulk Requirements.

The following area, yard and building requirements shall apply to the Conservation Residential Zone:
Minimum lot area: three acres.
Minimum lot width: 150 feet.
Minimum lot frontage: 150 feet.
Minimum lot depth: 100 feet.
Minimum front setback: 50 feet.
Minimum rear setback:
Principal buildings: 50 feet.
Accessory buildings: 25 feet.
Private swimming pools: 25 feet.
Minimum side yard setbacks:
Principal buildings: 25 feet.
Accessory buildings: 15 feet.
Private swimming pools: 15 feet.
Maximum lot coverage by buildings: 3%.
Minimum unoccupied open space: 75%.
Maximum building height: 35 feet.
