Off-street parking and loading spaces as provided and required by Section 26-14.

Outside storage uses normally associated with a permitted use provided that said storage area shall be screened from adjacent uses by a buffer strip consisting of a dense planting at least five feet in width and otherwise comply with the provisions of this chapter. No storage shall be permitted in any required front yard.
