Minimum Size of Lot. Forty thousand square feet and a street frontage of at least 200 feet.
b.
Minimum Setback Requirements for Principal Building.
1.
Front yard: 60 feet in depth.
2.
Side yards (each): 20 feet in width.
3.
Rear yard: 40 feet in depth.
c.
Minimum Setback Requirements for Accessory Building.
1.
Side yards (each): five feet in width.
2.
Rear yard: 10 feet in depth.
d.
Maximum Building Area. The total combined building area of all permitted buildings shall not exceed 35% of the area of the lot.
e.
Maximum Building Height. Thirty-five feet or 2 1/2 stories.
f.
Minimum Floor Area. Three thousand square feet for one story and 5,000 square feet for 2 1/2 stories.
