Permitted Principal Uses.

The AHO-10 Overlay District shall permit the following uses:
a.
Multifamily dwellings.
b.
Retail stores and shops; business and professional offices; restaurants, bars, taverns, delicatessens, lunch counters, and fast food establishments without a drive-through; professional studios; and health clubs. Any such use shall front North Summit Street.
