§ 35-802.25
Additional Provisions Applicable to Mixed Use Buildings.

a.
In addition to the requirement contained in Schedule B, Area and Bulk Regulations, the provisions below shall apply to mixed use buildings and/or to buildings with dwelling units above the first floor as permitted in Schedule A.[1]

b.
A minimum of 20% of the total floor area of any mixed use building(s) inclusive of garages which are a portion of the principal building or 500 square feet, whichever is greater, shall be designed to be occupied by retail, commercial, office, service, or similar uses as permitted in the zoning district in which the building is located.
