Development Standards.

The following development standards apply to the AHO-10 Overlay District.

Maximum residential density | 35 units per acre as measured by the district boundary line, resulting in no more than 104 total units |
Minimum commercial space | 3,300 square feet |
Maximum stories/height1 | 3.5 stories/40 feet |
Maximum building coverage | 35% as measured by the district boundary line |
Maximum impervious coverage | 80% as measured by the district boundary line |
Setbacks: Residential Development2 | |
Minimum front yard | 35 feet |
Minimum side yard | 20 feet |
Minimum rear yard | 60 feet |

2 Bay windows, Juliet balconies, covered entry porches, roof overhangs, and/or similar architectural features may project into a required yard by no more than 2.5 feet. |
