URBAN REVITALIZATION

10.01 DESIGNATION OF REVITALIZATION AREA.

In accordance with the Act and in consideration of the recitations set out in the preamble hereof, such property lying within the City shall continue to be described as follows:

All real property situated within the corporate municipal limits of the City of Toledo, Tama County, State of Iowa.

is hereby designated as the Toledo Urban Revitalization Area.
