165.10 R-S

SUBURBAN RESIDENCE DISTRICT.

   1.   Permitted Principal Uses. Any use as regulated in Section 165.09.
   2.   When authorized by Board of Adjustment. Any use as regulated in Section 165.09.
   3.   Permitted Accessory Uses. R-1 Residence District accessory uses.
   4.   Height Regulations. No principal structure shall exceed two and one-half stories or 30 feet in height, and no accessory structure shall exceed 15 feet in height, except as provided in Section 165.24.
   5.   Lot Area, Frontage and Yard Requirements. The following minimum requirements shall be observed subject to the additional requirements, exceptions and modifications in Section 165.24. Each lot shall have a minimum lot area of 43,500 square feet. As lots may be unserved by public sanitary sewer and/or a water supply, larger lots may be required. Lot size for such lots will be determined by the Board of Adjustment as set forth under Section 165.26 of this chapter.
